We are unable to issue invoices for event registrations. We only accept credit card payments.

VITAL2026 Cancellation and Substitution Policy
To receive a refund, cancellation requests must be emailed to events@essentialhospitals.org by May 15.
No refunds will be issued for requests received after May 15.
Registrations are transferable among individuals from the same organization at no additional charge through May 15. A $150 processing fee will apply for transfer requests received after May 15. Complimentary registrations are nontransferable.
All deadlines are through 11:59 pm ET on the specified date.
Continuing Education
American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE)
America’s Essential Hospitals is authorized to award preapproved ACHE Qualified Education credit (non-ACHE) toward advancement or recertification in the American College of Healthcare Executives for attending VITAL2026.
To apply continuing education hours toward ACHE Qualified Education credit, attendees should indicate their participation in VITAL2026 when applying to the American College of Healthcare Executives. A uniform certificate of attendance will be available on our mobile app and can also be obtained by contacting events@essentialhospitals.org. We encourage you to use the uniform certificate of attendance to calculate your total number of earned continuing education units and submit them to ACHE.
