Mr. Kevin Chagin, MS
Director of Population Health Data and Analytics | MetroHealth Systems
Kevin M. Chagin leads MetroHealth’s Population Health Data and Analytics team, driving data-informed strategies to improve health outcomes and operational efficiency. He oversees the development of advanced analytical frameworks that integrate statistical modeling, machine learning, and health informatics to support population health initiatives. Kevin also chairs the Data Advisory Committee, guiding analytics priorities and resource allocation.
He holds an M.S. in Mathematics with a concentration in Applied Statistics from Cleveland State University and a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from Ohio University. With a strong foundation in data science and leadership, Kevin is committed to leveraging analytics for equitable, effective care delivery.
Nabil Chehade, MD, MS
Nabil Chehade, MD, MSBS, serves as the SrEVP & Chief Clinical Transformation, Innovation & Strategy Officer and Advisor to the CEO at The MetroHealth System. Dr. Chehade is responsible for overseeing all payor relationships, care management, IS/informatics, digital health & AI, senior care practices, Pharmacy, Innovation, and Strategy, encompassing all MetroHealth-related businesses. He also serves as Chairman of the MetroHealth Collaborative Care Partner Governing Board, a top-performing REACH ACOs, and Chairman of the board for Ovatient, a virtual-first health delivery company that puts a person at the center of how they receive care and improve their health.
Dr. Chehade is a practicing urologist with over 25 years of experience in executive leadership. He is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School.
Prior to joining MetroHealth in 2016, Dr. Chehade was the Chief Executive Officer and Market President at HealthSpan and the Ohio Permanente Medical Group, roles he held since 2013.
Matthew Kaufmann, MSN, RN
Matthew Kaufmann, MSN, RN, serves as Vice President of the Institute for HOPE and Population Health, where he leads system‑wide strategies to advance equitable, high‑impact care delivery. With expertise in population health and healthcare quality improvement, he drives organizational transformation through innovative care models, structural redesign, and community engagement. Matthew is known for translating complex challenges into actionable solutions that strengthen outcomes and elevate population health performance.
