Greene is a visionary health care leader committed to advancing equity, compassion, and well-being in health care. As senior vice president at University Hospital, in Newark, N.J., she drives transformative initiatives that elevate patient experience, staff engagement, and access to care for underserved communities.
With more than two decades of clinical and executive experience, Greene has led impactful programs addressing workforce wellness, health disparities, and culturally responsive care. Her leadership is rooted in the belief that healing begins with humanity—and systems thrive when equity is at the center.
A nationally respected voice in health care equity, she serves on multiple
boards, mentors future leaders, and is a proud member of Chi Eta Phi Nursing Sorority. Greene’s work continues to shape inclusive, resilient health systems and inspires others to lead with purpose and compassion.
