Mr. Quinn M M Glenzinski
Quinn Glenzinski is a seasoned managed care executive with over twenty years of experience in health plan operations, managed care and provider network operations with a focus on government programs and LTSS/HCBS services. He has a strong track record in launching new lines of business, strategy development and system optimization. Recognized as a strategic thinker and team builder with excellent leadership and coaching skills. Quinn is a United States Army veteran with over 13 years of combined service on active duty and U.S. Army Reserve.
Jessica Lerner
Jessica provides strategic leadership for Community Care Plan (CCP), its third party management division, SydCura, and its health insurance marketplace division, 22 Health. Jessica also oversees CCP’s community engagement efforts, including the HEART Community Resource Center in Lauderdale Lakes. As a co-founder of CCP, Jessica has been central to the organization’s growth over more than 25 years, shaping strategy and driving operational performance across its expanding portfolio of services.
A co founder of CCP, Jessica has played a central role in guiding the organization’s growth over more than 25 years. During her tenure as President and CEO, CCP has significantly expanded its geographic footprint, growing from serving one county to operating across 19 counties in Florida, and extending services into additional states. Today, CCP manages a $300 million enterprise while continuing to advance its mission of delivering high quality, affordable care to the communities it serves.
Jessica holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Florida International University and a Master of Healthcare Administration from Florida Atlantic University. Jessica serves on the boards of the Florida Association of Health Plans (FAHP), Association of Community Affiliated Plans (ACAP), University of Central Florida’s College of Health Professions and Sciences (CHPS), Junior Achievement of South Florida, and Trustbridge Broward Advisory.
