Sarah Mutinsky, JD, MPH

Mutinsky is long-standing counsel to America’s Essential Hospitals, leveraging her expertise in health care law, policy, and financing to support the association and its members.

Beyond her association work, she provides assistance to variety of clients from national and state associations to individual hospitals and health systems and other health care providers. Mutinsky’s particular expertise relates to the Medicaid and 340B Drug Pricing programs, in addition to other federal programs on which essential hospitals rely to support their missions and to drive innovative care improvement. Her policy experience is further grounded in her master of public health degree in health policy.

Mutinsky is a founding member and principal in Eyman Partners, a boutique law firm providing a mix of legal, strategic, and policy advice to health industry leaders to help achieve their organization’s mission.
