Rohit Bhalla, MD, MPH

Dr. Rohit Bhalla serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Clinical and Quality Officer, Stamford Health. In his role, he oversees clinical affairs, care management, hospital medicine, quality, patient safety, research, and other programs. Dr. Bhalla serves as chair of the Board of the America’s Essential Hospitals Institute, chair of the Greater New York Hospital Association / United Hospital Fund Clinical Quality Fellowship Program, and committees of the Connecticut Hospital Association. He is Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine at the Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons, has published several papers in the areas of quality improvement and health policy, and serves as a member of the Editorial Board of the American Journal of Medical Quality.

Dr. Bhalla received his undergraduate and medical degrees from the Boston University School of Medicine six-year BA/MD program, and his Master of Public Health degree from the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University. He completed Internal Medicine residency training at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center, Public Health/General Preventive Medicine residency training at the New York City Department of Health, and is board certified in these specialties.

Alexis Beatty, MD, MAS is a cardiologist and health services researcher who studies innovative delivery models for cardiovascular disease care to improve outcomes and reduce disparities. Dr. Beatty serves as the Co-Director of the UCSF Cardiac Rehabilitation and Wellness Center. Dr. Beatty's research focuses on developing, testing, and implementing innovative delivery models for cardiac rehabilitation to improve outcomes and reduce disparities.

Ian Deptula, MBA

Ian Deptula, MS, MBA, is the Manager of Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation at ChristianaCare, where he oversees multi-site rehabilitation operations focused on improving access, patient outcomes, and program growth.

With over 20 years of experience in Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation, exercise physiology, and healthcare leadership, Ian has led initiatives centered on operational efficiency, patient engagement, and reducing barriers to care within Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab. Most recently, he has focused on growth and expansion initiatives aimed at significantly increasing access to care and making rehabilitation services more accessible to the patients and communities that need it most.

In addition to his leadership role, Ian serves as an adjunct instructor at Delaware Technical Community College where he teaches Exercise Science, Anatomy and Physiology, and Pathophysiology. He is passionate about bridging education with clinical operations, preparing our future leaders of healthcare.
