Katrina Dubovikova, MPA
Katrina joined The MetroHealth System in 2015 and serves as a Change Management and Process Improvement Advisor for the Institute for H.O.P.E.™, where HOPE stands for Hope, Opportunity, Partnership and Empowerment. She facilitates operational integration between social drivers of health and patient-centered care, including electronic referrals, digital equity, community partnerships, and social programs. In her earlier roles as an advisor and analyst, she supported the evolution of patient experience from a compliance-driven function to a strategic and cultural priority. Trained in Lean and Six Sigma through the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, she brings a process- and systems-focused approach always striving for patient- and employee-centered healthcare organization and technology.
Katrina’s background spans public health, social services, and management consulting, with experience at The Gallup Organization and Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. She holds a Master of Public Administration and a bachelor’s degree in economics and international business.
